Salt Offshore AB is a Swedish offshore wind development company founded in 2023 and led by a team with extensive experience in renewable energy, project development and international offshore wind.

Olle Hedberg has a long background in offshore wind development and has previously served as Managing Director of Skyborn Renewables Sweden. He has worked for many years with offshore wind projects in Swedish waters, both in executive roles and as an advisor.

Erik Grönlund has extensive experience in wind power development, including senior roles at Vattenfall, where he led wind power development activities. He has also worked internationally with the establishment of wind power development in new markets and has previously managed one of Sweden’s largest offshore wind projects.

Achim Berge Olsen is one of Europe’s most experienced offshore wind executives. He previously served as CEO of Skyborn Renewables and, before that, wpd Offshore. Over several decades, he has been involved in developing offshore wind projects across Europe, from early-stage origination through to construction and operation.

Together, the team combines deep technical, commercial and regulatory expertise with a strong international network across the offshore wind sector
